Free shipping for first 50 orders .
Flat shipping charges of 80 Rupees on all orders.

Order Processing


All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India.
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on location and courier service.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

At SONAL THAKORE, each piece is thoughtfully designed and quality-checked before dispatch. If you need assistance with your order, we’re happy to help.


Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Returns , exchanges wont be accepted after 48 hours of delivery .

Exchange and return only via our online portal and not through offline store.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
We follow a ONE TIME return / exchnage policy .

Size Exchange


Free size exchange is available for all products.

Exchange is subject to size availability.
NO cash refunds incase of defects , Store credit will be issued .

Returns / Defective Items


In case of a defect or approved return, store credit will be issued.

Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Store credit can be used on any future purchase at SONAL THAKORE.

After the return item is received , it will be inspected and then approved /rejected for exchange or return .

If approved you will recieve a credit note which is valid for 60 days.
